Work is a huge part of our lives and finding the right place to succeed is vital. Somewhere that’s driven by its values. That’s why Five Not 10 was founded on a principle and a passion.
We believe in simple. And we think a lot of other people do too. Because no one ever says, “I want it more complex.” Clients, staff, suppliers – we’re all the same. People who want to get the best results in the simplest ways possible.

Join our journey
Founded in September 2021, we’ve quickly picked up more clients than you can shake a stick at and we need to gear up for even more. We’re after people who want flexibility (we work remotely except for excellent client lunches), autonomy (we’re not micromanagers or overbearing bosses) and a proper work-life balance (we’ve worked in big agencies run on spreadsheets and revenue tools – it’s not our bag).
We have some fantastic positions at Five Not 10 awaiting ambitious people who want to be part of something great from the outset – getting into a burgeoning agency as it expands.
