We’ve grown consistently since launch, were named one of PR Week’s new agencies of the year, and feature in its Top 150 tech rankings. Now we’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager with a passion for making connections and building a sales pipeline.

Who you are
The Business Development Manager’s main role is to generate qualified leads and nurture them until they’re ready for a senior team member to close.
Able to work independently to a strategy set by the agency’s founders, you’ll have a passion for helping the business grow.
Proactive and organised, you’ll run our outreach activity. You’ll be responsible for building target lists matching our ideal client profile, managing our CRM, executing targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns, and building a steady pipeline of potential customers. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll use our marketing content to engage prospects and move them through the buyer journey, reporting back on progress.
You’ll have proven experience in B2B business development, sales or a similar role. You’ll be confident using CRM systems and outreach tools. You’ll also have excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a knack for personalised and professional outreach.
Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of the B2B tech PR landscape and an understanding of cybersecurity, AI and automation, fintech, regtech, workplace tech and more.
Importantly, you’ll be comfortable working independently and remotely. You’ll be based in or near Bristol, allowing you to regularly meet with the leadership team.

What we promise you
£45,000 pro rata (to be determined on number of days/hours worked)
1 year contract with the option to renew
Working remotely, but with some meetings in Bristol, London and elsewhere
